Letter: Healthy attitude

On the whole, Scotland might have a good national health service, as Nicola Sturgeon so frequently tells us, but where is the management drive to reduce the appalling 18-week wait to see a consultant? The Scottish health minister is resigned to accept this waiting time as the norm.

What other commodity does she buy that has this disgraceful delay?

Maybe her business acumen should be directed at this serious problem rather than constant photo opportunities.
