Letter: Global debate on Burrell Collection

IN LIGHT of the Scottish Government's claim to the ownership of the Wallace letter (News, 23 January), will access be given to countries around the world to the contents of the Burrell Collection to investigate how their cultural artefacts came to reside in Pollok Park?
