Letter: Food for thought
At The Kitchin, we base each and every dish on our From Nature To Plate philosophy - taking the freshest, locally sourced produced straight from land and sea. We wanted children to be inspired by this. Using the pig's head, and a wide variety of fresh seafood, shellfish, colourful, locally sourced seasonal fruit and vegetables, game and meat, we led a workshop which taught the children about Scotland's natural larder and the variety and choice available. We hope they will be inspired to find out more.
