Letter: Dog eat dog

It IS interesting how the media are now to be seen circling around News International when it seems to be stricken. It seems the journalistic species is delighting in the discomfort of Murdoch, Murdoch and Brooks.

I should point out, however, that it was the journalistic community that banged on about the banks and which was, at least in part, responsible for the failure in confidence leading to the recent catastrophic economic meltdown which has undermined the entire economic stability of the western world.

I suggest to the media in general, and the newspaper industry in particular, that, when condemning the Murdochs and News of the World's sins, let he who is without sin cast the first stone.
