Letter: Digital mix

AS A keen observer of the arts and culture I was interested in the Scottish Government's appointment of Ruth Parsons to oversee Culture, Digital and Gaelic. This ragtag of responsibilities betrays the confused world of Mike Russell and Alex Salmond. They seem to be reducing Scotland to some sort of digitally-enhanced Brigadoon.
