Letter: Climate myths II

YOUR correspondent Roy Turnbull recently wrote that “human emissions have been more than enough to provide the 40 per cent increase in CO2 since the start of the Industrial Revolution”.

This suggestion seems to indicate that this CO2 is still around. Does he think the oceans, peat bogs and trees can differentiate between natural CO2 and man-made? Just imagine the scenario from one tree to another: “Look out lads, there is man-made CO2 coming so shut down your filtration system until it passes.”
