Letter: Christian box

To correct Chilton Inglis (Letters, 18 March), I do not "fear what the inclusion of a 'no religion' box might reveal".

Jesus did not command us to go into all the world and persuade people to tick the Christian box, but to make disciples. Sadly, many who do identify themselves as Christians are not followers of Jesus in a meaningful sense. These census results are therefore of little interest to me.
