Letter: Childish greens

PATRICK Harvie MSP informs us in his letter (3 February) that the Scottish Government's proposed tax on large retailers is a baby step to help those in the public sector threatened with unemployment. However, he does not disclose the Green Party's plans to raise revenue to overcome present difficulties.
