Letter: Breaking bad

I was interested to read your report about how people who work though their lunch break are less productive later in the day because they have not had a break (25 March). It's so true but my boss acts like someone's working to rule if they take a break at lunch, but fails to notice that an hour away makes them more useful when they return.
