Letter: Banking rhetoric

SO IAIN Gray wants to stop bank bonuses. We might all fancy this happening, but would he unilaterally stop Scottish-based banks from doing this if he gets elected later this year?

I suspect not, but it might be worth knowing before we vote. Of course, it is rhetoric, but it's dangerous rhetoric, even if we would like to see it happen.
