Letter: Adverts stink

I'M PLEASED Scottish MP Jo Swinson is taking on the cosmetics firms that produce airbrushed images of celebrities and tell us we will look like them if we buy their expensive products (your report, 26 July).

Now let's look at the companies that tell men they'll be irresistable to women if they wear their foul-smelling unguents.
