Labour ignorance

This week I received an election communication from Scottish Labour. A quote from a nurse in Clackmannanshire urges a Labour vote – as they are the “only party to pull our NHS back from the brink”.

Does this lady realise that control of the NHS in Scotland was given to the Scottish Parliament in 1999, so it has been brought to the brink she refers to by that parliament, and no other, which Labour has totally or largely dominated for 16 years.

This misrepresentation is typical of the way Labour ignores the intelligence of the electorate.
