IT problems

Hardly a week goes past and we hear of another expensive government information technology (IT) project having numerous problems or being abandoned totally.

Such projects must be managed thoroughly and efficiently for their duration.

Are you fully convinced that a newly independent Scotland is capable of managing these many and complex IT projects to deliver outcomes as per specification, on time and on budget?
