Is it possible that Scottish Natural Heritage or the Scottish Government will grant exemption to T in the Park organisers from current wildlife legislation which requires that protected wildlife such as ospreys and red squirrels shall not be disturbed or interfered with recklessly?

I hope that these bodies do not follow the precedent established in favour of tourism which followed Donald Trump’s success in the overturning of the imposition of a Site of Special Scientific Interest Order at Menie Estate to construct a golf course and associated buildings.
