Hue and cry

Congratulations to Indonesia for flying, on the occasion of the visit by Prime Minister David Cameron, a Union Flag with the Saltire element coloured sky blue rather than navy.

Surely the Scottish Government should adopt this variant as the Union Flag for use in Scotland?
