Helicopter worry

Does American Golf have a licence to operate a helicopter service to and from its driving range at Liberton Drive? If it does, why, given that the inward flight path is low over residential property?

If it doesn’t have a licence, why is it getting away with flights in and out at all times of day and night?

Helicopters have a very poor safety record, and flights should not be permitted in residential areas!
