Healthy scepticism

DEAN Marshall (your report,  19 October) defends GPs’ remuneration by emphasising that they are essentially running a small business with the associated risks involved. True: there could always be a sudden pandemic of health and wellbeing, meaning that the GPs’ services are no longer required.
