Great warbler

I had believed that a Taylor swift was a hitherto undiscovered species of ornithological migrant until I read the recent article on the music industry (your report, 23 June).

Coincidentally, that same day I heard the lady warbling on my car radio. On that evidence I have a pound which says that the lady has absolutely no hope of persuading me, by whatever means, to augment her financial clout.
