FM’s contempt

Am I alone in despairing of the language used by the First Minister and his party in this independence debate?

On Monday I read that he thinks that I would be “very foolish” to listen to the promises of any of the Westminster parties.

I can assure him I have read all the details of their promises, and a significant amount from his party, and come to the conclusion that I can see how the Westminster parties could actually deliver, but I cannot begin to believe how a future Scottish Government could deliver on all the promises that the First Minister has lumbered it with.

Am I being “very foolish” to put my faith in more devolution rather than Brigadoon?

I think the utter contempt shown by the First Minister for voters who don’t agree with him has perhaps tainted my decision making.
