If a teacher becomes a head teacher, then seven and a half years later goes back to being a teacher, he does not receive a pension from being a head teacher and at the same time his salary as a teacher.

If a shop assistant becomes shop manager, then seven and a half years later goes back to being an assistant, he does not receive a pension from being manager and at the same time a salary for being a shop assistant.

So why has the former first minister ended up with a pension and a salary?

Also, most workers have to work between 30 and 40 years to receive half their salary as a pension.

Yet the ex-first minister’s pension is half the First Minister’s salary after seven and a half years.

These are two examples of inequality which the new First Minister needs to look at. After all, it shows inequality happens everywhere.
