Dickensian debt

WHEN are the leaders of Europe going to take their heads out of the sand and face up to the fact that the euro club is sinking in its massive debts.

Their denial of this reality is akin to some struggling family – think Wilkins Micawber and co – ignoring debt warnings and hoping something will turn up, while everyone realises thing will only get worse.
