Deaf to wind risk
Most of our elected representatives are deaf and blind to the consequences of the SNP’s fixation with erecting wind turbines in Scotland and expecting every English household to stomp up an average of £20 more from 2016 (according to Ofgem) to pay for the massive, intrusive transmission lines from wind farms from the far north of Scotland to England.
Nor can they see or hear the damage being done right now by existing enormous wind farms to water supplies, quality of life and health, the killing of bats, birds and the whole impact of these giant industrial wind factories in this once spectacularly beautiful country.
