Crazy golf

As always I enjoyed the TV coverage of the Scottish Open Golf Championship at the beautiful Loch Lomand.

I was, however, disappointed to see a lady spectator wearing one of those silly multi-coloured wigs so popular at cricket and football matches.

I was even more disappointed that the TV controller gave her live coverage. I may be old-fashioned but I sincerely hope this childish nonsense does not gain strength at our major golfing championships.

If I want to watch clowns I go to the circus!
