Cartoon class I must compliment you on Monday’s cartoon [depicting the American police chief commenting on the UK courts’ differing responses to those involved in the English riot and those bankers who might be responsible for the country’s financial woes]. It just shows what divides this country (class). One law for the “haves” and another for the “have-nots”.
