Council largesse

Lionhearted Clackmannanshire Council obviously has no such fears, as it advertised just four jobs, totalling almost 290,000 per annum in salaries, never mind pension contributions. Of course, if and when cuts come, Clackmannanshire will not be cutting front-line services, will it?
