Clever cabinet

I was horrified to read of the high proportion of Oxford and Cambridge graduates in the new cabinet. Placing such intellectually able people in these positions is a clear case of discrimination and inequality. Surely the cabinet should represent a broad spectrum of IQs – as exemplified in previous governments. Perhaps a quota system is the way forward.
