Childcare costs

I was delighted to see Alex Salmond wanting to replicate the Danish childcare system.

When will he tell us that he wants to replicate their VAT level of 25 per cent to pay for it?

Or perhaps he wants to replicate their local tax of 28 per cent? Or perhaps their 8 per cent health care tax?
