Car smoke alarm

I HOPE Jim Hume MSP continues his fight and gets the supports of other MSPs to have smoking banned when children are in the car. It is utter rubbish for Police Scotland to say it could lead to officers being diverted from tackling terrorism or crime.

They don’t stop traffic to ascertain if you are wearing a seat belt, but it is a deterrent for drivers as they know that if they are caught they will be fined. The same would apply to drivers who smoke with children in their cars.
