Capello blow

The English Football Association has only itself to blame for the resignation of Fabio Capello as its manager over its removal of John Terry as England team captain.

Its meeting to discuss the captaincy in light of Terry’s “little spot of bother” should surely have included Capello. He was Terry’s international manager, for goodness sake. Why was he not present?
