Calling Ofcom

Despite being registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) I am 
getting more and more unsolicited and unwanted calls on both my landline and mobile phone, which is extremely annoying, and those who are calling are becoming more and more persistent.

Some callers are bold enough to claim that membership of TPS is an annually renewable facility, which it certainly is not, and seem to disregard the fear of being 
reported.

If Ofcom is the regulator with responsibility for controlling such telephone traffic then it should take more effective action and get to grips with this most annoying and time-wasting activity which is fast becoming a serious problem.
