Burger rights

The burger van owners claiming that not being allowed to sell their food near school children is an infringement of their human rights (your report, 2 September) should be ashamed of themselves for wasting time and resources.

It’s fair enough for them to argue that they’ve already been granted licences, but, come on, have some sense.
