Budget

IT WOULD be wiser to wait until the dust settles before passing judgment on the Budget. One point though: well done on reducing the top rate of income tax.

I am not a top rate payer (nor do I wish to be ), but it is little more than legalised theft when the state takes half of someone’s income.
