Borrowed time

If Bruce Crichton thinks the present UK government has been catastrophic in its management of our finances (Letters, 31 October) he will welcome the almost certain return of Labour at the next general election.

The two Eds – Miliband and Balls – are determined that Britain should live within its means, no matter how much money they have to borrow to achieve that.
