‘Big ask’ for BBC

IT CANNOT be easy for the BBC to remain consistently unbiased on the issue of independence.

But I think Sally Magnusson’s interview with Prime Minister David Cameron, during his visit to Scotland this week, requires, on balance, that she ask First Minister Alex Salmond why he insists Scots are being bullied simply because it is being pointed out to us that along with the pros of independence there will be cons.

Or will Mr Salmond have us all walking on water beside him, claiming a win-win is no more than our divine right?
