Barnett NHS cash
We can all be grateful that the Scottish Government is heralding the injection of additional monies in the NHS, but surely
it should be acknowledging that this money comes from Westminster through the Barnett Formula.
Thank goodness we didn’t pin our futures on the unlimited supply of funding from oil and the huge new oil fields to be announced west of Shetland.
Now, if only our government here would apply itself to the task of building Scotland up as a powerhouse, and forget its grievances about losing a “once in a lifetime” referendum.
