The new Scottish Parliament building is proving to be expensive, but at least it will be put to practical use, unlike the Millennium Dome, which cost in excess of £800 million.

What is important is that we get a quality of government to be proud of and not this Labour bunch who strut about with an arrogant air, believing they are in Hollywood not Holyrood.
