Airport issues

Nigel Morton (Letters, 1 September) is spot-on about Edinburgh Airport being badly organised security-wise, and being apparently more interested in passengers spending their money in the shops than on their customer experience.

We can’t all vote with our feet (or backsides) but we can vote with our wallets.
