Whisky mix-up

RE the article on an incident at Cameronbridge “grain” distillery in Fife (16 August), the photo of a bottle of Johnnie Walker Green Label is rather inappropriate as it is wholly malt whisky.

Now referred to as “blended malt Scotch Whisky” (sadly changed in recent years from the less confusing “vatted malt”) it should not be confused with just “blended Scotch whisky”, which is a mix of grain and malt..
