All three pro-union parties said they are signed up to a timetable on more powers for the Scottish Parliamentin the event of a No vote.

Alex Salmond however said the No campaign has “fallen apart at the seams” as he dismissed the timetable for new powers at Holyrood unveiled by pro-union parties.

The First Minister insisted none of the proposed packages go far enough to give Holyrood the power it needs - and only independence offers real change.
