The Scotsman cartoon 30/12/13: Homecoming
ALEX Salmond takes to the skies over Scotland in today’s cartoon.
Today’s cartoon comes ahead of the launch of Homecoming Scotland, a programme of cultural events in 2014.
Organisers have said that politics will not feature in the events, which will receive a total of £6 million of public funding.
