FINDING out the ending of a film does not spoil the fun but actually makes a story more enjoyable, according to the journal Psychological Science.

All those who say "don't tell me what happens" from who killed Archie Mitchell in EastEnders to the shock ending to the film the Usual Suspects are wasting their time.

In fact, they might enjoy a film, TV show or book more if they did fast forward or turn to the final page because then they can forget about the plot and enjoy the writing, it seems.
