Olympic Torch relay: Flame takes a comic turn south to Dundee
• Over 100 torchbearers carried the flame on its 133 mile route from Aberdeen to Dundee
Huge crowds cheered as 16-year-old swimmer Mark Szaranek did the honours alongside the famous character. Mark was nominated after being selected to represent Great Britain at the 2011 European Olympic Youth Games. More than 100 torchbearers carried the torch on its 133-mile route from Aberdeen to Dundee.

Hide AdOther torchbearers in Dundee included Andy Coogan, a former Japanese prisoner of war PoW who is the uncle of Sir Chris Hoy, the gold-medal winning cyclist.
Today, the relay will travel from St Andrews, through Fife to Dunblane, and then on to Edinburgh.
