An Olympian in the house

OLYMPIC medallist Roger Black has presented a Granton site manager with a prestigious housebuilding award for health and safety.

Mike Loughran collected the gong for the second year at a ceremony in Birmingham attended by his counterparts from across the UK.

Joanne Casey, sales & marketing director at Mactaggart & Mickel Homes where Mr Loughran has worked for 35 years, said: “Mike has used his skills and experience to lead an award-winning team.”
