Office park is the business

THE biggest office park in the Capital has seen occupancy levels surge to 92 per cent.

Edinburgh Park has been boosted by the recent arrival of new tenants Agilent and Business Stream.

Park developer New Edinburgh Limited – a joint venture between Miller and the city council's property firm EDI – said its occupancy rates have risen dramatically from 70 per cent two years ago.
