Office market slump 'over'

Global property firm DTZ said that Edinburgh prime office market is now seen as a good buying opportunity.

It says 90 per cent of markets across the globe offer value, including Edinburgh, which is one of five markets labelled as "warm" for investment opportunities.

Alan Macbeth, investment director in Scotland, said: "We believe that Edinburgh office market rents will recover fairly strongly in the near term."
