Office hosts first tenant

AN office in the Lothians that has been lying empty for four years has finally secured its first tenant.

No 6 Almondvale Business Park in Livingston was completed in 2007, but had failed to attract any companies.

Energy Assets, the Livingston-based supplier of Gas Infrastructure and Smart Metering Services, has signed a 10-year lease with landlord Joint Properties Limited to take 6070 sq ft of open-plan office space.
