Office block snapped up

AN office block at Haymarket has been sold to a fund owned by the investment arm of insurance giant Aviva.

Verity House, a modern three-storey office block at Haymarket Yards, has been snapped up by the Aviva Investors Lime Property Fund for an undisclosed sum from Verity Trustees Limited.

The building is currently occupied by the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (Cosla), the body representing Scotland's councils.
