Nursery children help road safety campaign

MORE than a hundred local nursery children are campaigning to stop child deaths during Road Safety Week this week.

Children from Musselburgh are taking part in a Beep Beep! day in a bid to stop young children being killed and hurt on UK roads each year.

The Beep Beep! project, organised by road safety charity Brake, aims to teach children vital road safety lessons and call on drivers to slow down.
