Norwich well skeletons mystery solved

BBC's History Cold Case team, led by Scottish forensic expert Professor Sue Black, will tonight solve the mystery behind the dramatic discovery of 17 ancient skeletons in a well in Norwich made in 2004 when the Chapel-field Shopping Centre was built.

Prof Black and her team have used a combination of 21st-century forensic science techniques and historical detective work to conclude that the bodies were most likely either the result of mass murder or suicide to escape genocide.
