North Berwick fights for Best Place to Live crown

NORTH Berwick is among the contenders to be crowned Best Place to Live in the UK in a new Twitter poll.

The East Lothian town is one of 16 nominations for the title drawn from votes on the micro-blogging website.

North Berwick was initially proposed for the honour by Scottish law firm Lindsays, and has been backed by county MP Fiona O’Donnell, who urged her 1200 followers to give the town their vote.
